Gidday, Gidday

Our visitors Wally and Wattle have been in Auckland for two weeks now. Today we skyped again with our friends the Prep Ks to see what Wally has been up to Melbourne, Australia.

We sang a song for each other and shared a lot of information about our mascots. The most exciting part was meeting the Prep K's new chicks. Here is a video of our exchange.

Hi A4, it must have been very exciting to meet your Australian friends. I saw Wally watching those adorable chicks. Is he having a good tome?

Gosh Wally must be having a great time in Australia.
Australia is a big country, where is he in Australia? In the country or in a big city?

Hi there everyone, how are you? I am having a great time in Australia. It is very warm here. I am really enjoying looking after the chicks. They are so cute! I hope Wattle and Wally are enjoying themselves in Auckland.

We loved sharing our chicks with you A4. They have gone to live in the country now - we were sad to see them go. Wally loved the chicks too. He was a great helper. Today some new baby animals arrived - can you guess? Here is a clue - we have a mother and her 7 babies, they are called kittens but they are not baby cats!
See you on Wednesday.
