Auckland Museum

On Wednesday, we went to the museum and Nanas came too. It was a very hot day and when we got back to school we were exhausted. But Sharon decided to write a story about her day!

We had a great day! It was really hot. We are lucky that there were trees everywhere to give us shade. It was very funny when you got Miss Mac and I to roll down the hill!

Seems like you had a great day at the museum. Did Nanas like visiting the museum? What was your favourite part inside the museum?
Did you go in the volcano house?

Great story Sharon. I rolled down the hill too, but I got very dizzy. I think Nanas had a great day. He was so tired I saw him sleeping on the bus on the way home and he was snoring!

Hi A4, I loved our trip to the museum and I had lots of fun rolling down the hill. Sharon, I thought you read your story very well and you remembered lots of the things we did at the museum. What was your favourite part?

We are really pleased to hear that you all had a great time during your visit. We always enjoy reading about how much people enjoy their visits to the museum. Thanks for sharing your photos and stories. I hope Nanas has recovered from all the excitement too. (from Paul Swift and the education team at Auckland Museum)
